“Kirk is AWESOME! I had a pretty small leak on my toilet shut off after I installed a new one. He walked me through on where and how to get and use a puller for the brass conical seal on the copper pipe coming out of the wall which btw worked perfectly. He also recommended using pipe dope which I did as well after installing new conical brass seal. No leaks!
