I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

The sales effort couldn't have gone smoother. Upon delivery we noticed we purchased a gas dryer. We needed an electric dryer. No problem switching out the two. Chris the sales person also mention that the electric is a bit less expensive than the gas dryer. He could've hidden that fact from us but was straight up and honest.
