I would strongly advise against hiring Kim Marois for trust and estate matters. Her focus on hourly billing seems to come at the direct expense of her clients' assets. Her handling of my family's estate issues directly contributed to the loss of over $1 million in personal property. Furthermore, she attempted to unilaterally alter a standard 50-50 will and initiated a completely baseless conservatorship petition against me. That petition failed entirely in court because she could not produce a single credible witness to support her claims.
