“Jake and his partner showed up on time and ready to work at 8am this morning. We're renting a house and when we told the home owner at move-in the garbage disposal wasn't working he did nothing about it..that was 3 months ago. We finally called a plummer in. Jake knew immediately what the problem was, it was jammed. He had it working after just one tug of his wrench and didn't charge for it.
We have 2 toilets. One was flushing very slowly while having to hold the handle down. Jake diagnosed it to be an old toilet and needs to be replaced. The other toilet was clogged. He fixed it in no time. Couldn't be more satisfied AND his rate was amazing!!“
