Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. “We had a deck on the 2nd floor of our house that was beginning to develop cracks in the floor and also wood rot on the railing. We wanted to get this fixed before the rainy season since the deck is above part of the dining room on the first floor. I found many companies on yelp and other sites but many charged ridiculous amounts or were not accommodating when it came down to the types of materials that were used. Luckily I found Finley Construction and called Jeff who is the owner. He is very prompt and efficient and had the entire deck and railing replaced in about 5 days. He also charged a reasonable price relative to the others that I had spoken to. One other thing to know is that he recently moved out to California a few years ago from Nebraska where he was a contractor for many years. Given the more extreme weather in Nebraska, if you can build and remodel houses there, you can do it anywhere. I highly recommend him.“
