Had 3 rugs cleaned and repaired. 2 silk and 1 wool. They did a great job with both washing and repairs. It took longer than expected, however after seeing the results, perfectly understandable.They're professionals and know their business. Best rug cleaning out there! Their team and office staff is very knowledgeable and made sure that all of my questions are answered. No matter what i needed they knew the best answer! Since the rug that i owned was extremely rare and expensive i did not want to trust anyone that i did not know would take extra love and care of it. Without their expertise i would not have gotten my rug back looking brand new and clean. Highly recommended for all of your rug needs. I will keep going back for years to come.

They are very responsive to requests, give an honest answer depending on whether the rug is worth repair. They are responsible and keep their promise on time when ready. The area it's located in is a little difficult to find/locate and maybe need a friend to go with you but the people working there are very kind and helpful. The work done is excellent!
