American Home Renewal installed new insulation, front door, Hardi plank siding, and stone work on our house in Daly City. We had an excellent experience with this company. They were straightforward, honest, transparent, reliable, professional, and did a fantastic job that just transformed our house from 1950’s style into a beautiful modern 2026 style house. They gave good advice and did high quality work. Whenever there were problems, they had solutions and answers. The American Home Renewal team recently completed a full exterior refresh of our home including new pre-construction windows, insulation, sheathing, waterproofing, siding and trim. The work was excellent, the house looks great and the cost, while on the higher end of the 5 bids I got, was fair, particularly considering the quality of the work, outstanding experience with the crews and a few small extras that they included without tacking on change orders.
