We recently purchased new windows and a new sliding door from Pella and had the pleasure of working with Ignacio as our sales rep. Ignacio was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating when it came to meeting us at the showroom and working with us through the details of our order. We are remodeling our home and our experience with Pella was by far one of the better experiences among the different vendors we’ve contracted with for our project. My husband and I embarked on the quest to replace our old windows and sliding door. Quite a few windows on our house were defected and collected moisture around the aluminum frame. I spent quite a good part of my day during the Winter months to clean and wipe off the mildew. We finally went searching for the windows and stumbled on a showroom in Belmont for Pella Doors and Windows. We met Ignacio Arreguin for the first time there.
