My old roof had storm wear and age-related damage, so I needed a full roof replacement. The roofing team inspected everything and explained that fast repairs were needed to help stop leaks and prevent more water damage. They sent someone up right away to do a temporary roof repair, and the price was fair. That amount was later credited toward the new roof installation, which I really appreciated. During the inspection, they also found moisture damage in part of the siding near the roofline. They repaired that area as part of the project and replaced the roof with quality workmanship. The metal roof on our home had been installed poorly before we moved in. William and the crew did an excellent job with the flashing and roof repairs, and they stopped the leaks we had been dealing with. They also made sure the roof was well protected from future water intrusion. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repair work. They were willing to handle a short-term patch if needed, but they clearly explained why a more complete repair would last longer and be a better value. Mid Peninsula roofing was a remarkably good experience. We have a very steep pitch (15/12) roof that is also complex with 6 dormers and other complications. They erected scaffolding around the house and proceeded methodically and competently in the tear off and re roof process while adding roof venting. We also had them install 15 Enphase PV panels which is a choice that we are happy with.
