“Signature Roofing did a first class job for me 26 years ago, and they did another first class job last month when they replaced my wood roof with a new composition shingle roof.

William Cotter was my Signature Roofing contact and he was responsive and comprehensive in his responses to my questions, providing a quote, advantages or optional roofing tiles to choose from and in coordinating their installation dates.

After a competitive bid process, I selected Signature Roofing to reroof my home with heavy wood shakes when I first bought the house 26 years ago. That original Signature roof had another 6 years of life left in it, but I had to replace it last month because my insurance company no longer insures wood roofs.

I highly recommend Signature Roofing. Not the cheapest, but certainly one of the best.

Randall from their crew came out, thoroughly inspected the problem, and explained everything clearly. Unlike other roofers in the area, they completed the repairs quickly and at a much better price than I expected. The team provided a more thorough fix than what I had been told before, and their communication was always honest and straightforward. While I know repairs aren’t their main service, I’ll definitely contact them again when it’s time for a full roof replacement. If you’re looking for reliable roofing work in Fremont, I highly recommend giving them a call.“

“We have used Cardinal Roofing for various jobs from 2007-2018. They replaced both our carport and house roof in 2018. The pitch of the roof is extremely steep and they were able to complete the job on time. The house is quite large so the total job was approximately $80,000. His estimate was the best of the three that we received from other companies. In addition they installed solar panels. “We HIGHLY recommend Security Roofing in San Carlos. We own a rental property in Redwood City with a very old shake roof. Our long- time friend and successful Bay Area Real Estate Agent, who always knows the best tradesmen to use, recommended Security Roofing, telling us to call the owner Bob, when we realized we had some roof leaks. Bob was wonderful to work with. He offered to personally come and temporarily seal roof leaks, when heavy rain was coming before our date for the roof replacement. “We are so happy with our roof(s) that were completed by the Above All Roofing Company. (Had both our main house and garage roofs replaced). They are very thorough in their work and have high standards. The owner “Emile” has been in the roofing business for many years and is very knowledgeable.
