“Ok I have to give Steve a shoutout because he was hands down the most honest and patient salesperson I've dealt with in a long time. He genuinely cared more about me getting the right carpet than just closing a sale, which honestly you don't see much anymore.
He let me take home as many samples as I wanted, no rush, no pressure, just let me figure out what worked. He also made multiple calls right there while I was in the store to make sure the carpets would arrive on time and that an installer was available for my specific requested dates.
I walked in knowing literally nothing about carpet and by the time I left I felt like I could talk about it like an expert lol.
We liked the whole experience so much we're already planning on redoing the floors in our other house too. People like Steve who actually go above and beyond for customers are rare these days.
Oh and the prices at this store are great too. If you go in, ask for Steve!“

After my bathroom radiant heat flooded my subfloor and walls, I had to rip everything out and rebuild after mold treatment. “We had Trevor quote removing the carpet and refinishing our hardwood floor. He gave a more thorough explanation of what he would do than the other companies that quoted. Norberto did most of the work over a period of a week and the results are stunning. They replaced the oak baseboards, matched the stain color that we had in the remainder of the house and put three coats of clear finish on the floor. They helped us move furniture out of the two rooms and put it back after the floor had fully dried. Norberto and his coworker Chenjo were very careful not to damage any of our furniture or our ceramic tile floor adjacent to the hardwood floor.“
