They where so understanding about my dogs anxiety and made us feel welcome, we have taking our dog to other vets in the past that have not believed us or made us feel guilty about our dogs uneasiness and crying in the vets. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place.
