“I’ve been going to a different veterinarian clinic for years, however Bonsall Pet Hospital has helped me out twice in the last year and a half.
I called that morning with a dog that needed stitches or something terrible and they got me in.
They were polite and reasonably priced. If you’re close to them, I recommend them.“

“Dr Gertz and everyone at SoCal Vet is amazing, I can call and not feel like I am the crazy Frenchie Mom. They always ease my concerns and doesn’t do unnecessary things. I am always given the least expensive option and what can wait vs what might be needed. I honestly considered not moving because of this dr and vet staff but unfortunately I need to, but definitely considering any routine visit will entail a San Marcos Visit. Kona and I will very well miss coming here.“

He wasn't rushed in his appt despite having a lot to cover. Feel comfortable moving forward with surgery. Especially appreciate their increased safety standards for anesthesia, and Dr. Ecker's advanced surgical experience. Thankfully I have Trupanion pet insurance so when stuff like this surgery comes up I'm covered.“

“Digger came in for a routine tooth cleaning procedure and a couple other incidentals. I was very pleased with the time Dr Amir Liaghat spent with me to explain any questions I had. Digger is a very sensitive miniature Australian Shepard and has anxiety issues when in an uncomfortable surrounding. I was impressed when Dr Liaghat accommodated us and let me stay with him (in the waiting room) through the process of drawing blood and even gave him a sedative to calm him down before he was ready to begin the procedure. I had a 9 am appointment and had Digger back home by 12!
Of course, dental cleanings are not cheap, but I thought the price was more reasonable than other estimates I have received in the past. I would recommend Temple Heights Animal Hospital to anybody, especially if they have a pet with anxiety issues!“

“I drove here from an hour away because my vet and every vet up in my area was full. My geriatric cat had an upper respiratory infection and it came on so fast and brutal I thought we were going to lose him. Dr Llamas and all of the staff were amazing, same day appointment, I waited less than 5 minutes once I got there, but most importantly, Ivan is breathing and eating again and he is on the mend. He received an IV for dehydration and a course of antibiotics and some prescription food. Very very happy with the care he received here.“

“Dr Ichord and and his entire team looked after and cared for my beloved pets 5+ years ago. I relocated to Vegas and came back 7 years later with my new pup as my others passed a while ago and the vet entire practice etc. are here still. I was so relieved and happy. If that doesn't speak volumes on how great the care for your furbaby is, customer service and operations are Im not sure what will :) coming back this many years later and still extremely satisfied. I called so many vets clinics hospitals you name it the prices were all very very high for the exam, blood panel and more as, therefore the things you want to get many items addressed or done you have to do slowly if on a budget. There prices are way more reasonable and more family minded in my opinion. Dr. Ichord and even the front office team explains everything out to where you don't ever feel rushed, you don't feel like you left missing anything and your dog/animal comes out happy. “We were so impressed with Dr. Livezey and all his patient and caring staff. We took our Rescue kitty in for her first visit fully expecting to come home with a prescription for a "calming medicine" and a rebooked appointment. We could not believe they were able to do a dental check, clip her nails, weigh her, give her flea treatment (and taught me how to best do this) as well as spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving her a thorough exam. They are located in central Carlsbad - WITH A PARKING LOT - and are open every day. Best ever!“
