Dr. Rodriguez was very thorough in giving me options, depending on the severity of my puppy's issue, which was unknown at the time of the visit. I much appreciated the conservative approach and the follow up, 1 week later, asking about the well being of my dog. That was so nice. I feel like they strive for a personal relationship with the pets and pet parents and I like that about this Vetco.
All the staff waere very considerate and efficient. We were very impressed with Dr. Wicklund-Blhut. He explained everything in detail and was very kind to our cat. He is obviously an experience that because he zoned right in on the correct diagnosis for our pet. We highly recommend him and the entire staff at Petco on Vista Avenue in Oceanside.
Emily & Dr Rodriguez are AMAZING! You can really tell that they love what they do! Made sure to cover all aspects for our Nala's health head to toe! Very caring and compassionate people taking their time to explain and answer all of our issues and questions about Nala's health and their patience with our timid pup.
