“We used Santa Fe Roofing & Rain Gutters three times! They are our family’s go to company for any needed roofing work. We were first introduced to them when they worked on the side of my roof where solar panels would be installed. The second time was when we had a roof leak in our upstairs master bedroom after the torrential rainstorms last February. Having lived in the East Coast for most of our lives, we had no idea that underlayments under ceramic tiles have to be replaced. Apparently the sellers never replaced it since the house was built in 1986. Santa Fe Roofing gave us a detailed and reasonable quote and did a fantastic job fixing our leaky roof, taking drone pictures and giving us a lot of feedback. We were very pleased with the General Manager Tarey who communicated with us in a timely manner and was very responsive to any questions we had. The roofers were great too. They showed up early and worked hard to fix our roof. We decided that we definitely need to replace the rest of the roof this year before we have another leak somewhere else in the house and called on Santa Fe Roofing & Rain Gutters again this month . They did not disappoint. They worked on my roof for six days coming early morning and staying until late afternoon. They used protective covers on my pavers and cleaned up after each day. The roofers are skilled professionals and polite. Tarey, the General Manager, was responsive to our emails and any questions we had. I’ve highly recommended them to my neighbors. “Rik did a full replacement of our tile roof. His told us exactly what it would take to do the job and his price was fair. He does the estimates and bids himself so he's not paying clueless salespeople who waste your time and pad the bill. And if he tells you something needs to be done, take his word for it. He and his guys removed everything from our roof, replaced damaged wood, then installed flashing, 2 layers of underlayment and all the other necessary stuff. And then the tropical storm hit. No leaks even without the tiles so we know it's a solid job. “Easily the best roofing company in San Diego. We had an emergency where the neighbor decided to cut a tree on their own and resulted in the roof being absolutely destroyed. Luckily, A1 made time to come out even after hours to prevent any leaks in the roof and gave us a fair price.

“Adan replaced a neighbors roof and after dealing with leaks under our solar panels on our 25 year roof we had him do an assessment before the rainy season started this year.

Adan is super friendly, trustworthy and very detailed in his assessment so we decided to do a full replacement vs partial replacement or patching. Adan was reasonably priced and also helped us with removing and reinstalling the solar panels.

His crew started on Monday and they were 100% finished by Friday mid afternoon and our solar panels reinstalled on Saturday. They cleaned up every day before they left and our house was spotless when the finished. My wife even commented on how efficient and professional the crew was all week.
