From start to finish, the entire team at Protecta Roofing were flawless. After my other two quotes I received I chose Protecta because of their stellar reputation and options for less cost and time then the other companies. Project Manager Diego was easy to communicate with and offered years of experience, knowledge and answers to my questions. The onsite team of Darby, Pedro, Domingo and Pascual were simple to work with and communicate with. Pleasant professionals, too! We had an outstanding experience with Diego and his team. They replaced the roofs on my parents' house and garage; the quality of their work was exceptional. More importantly, they treated my parents with kindness, patience, and respect throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain every step along the way. Jhonny and Pedro were both very nice, helpful and pretty easy to work with. The company seems to do great work (I can only assume, since I dont know anything about roofing and have to take their word for the work having been done well). But, it looks great and I have a warranty, so I guess I won't worry about it? lol They scheduled us within a couple of weeks and got the work done quickly.
My only real problem was... that Jhonny told us, when he gave us our estimate, that they would give us a 2-3% discount for paying cash instead of credit or payments. He said he would have to check with his boss to see how much. But when it came time to settle up, he insisted...read full review
