They were quick, professional, on time and very clean. They cleaned up the job site every single day, and when you have pets and kids it is very appreciate it.We got 3 quotes and all came around the same price but they had the best warranty.Mark and Alex are also very communicative.Would highly recommend them.

Mark Anthony construction put a new roof on our garage. We went with them because they were a small family run business and their prices and reviews were the best. We definitely would recommend them. After six quotes we went with Mark Anthony not because of the price it was not the lowest. That is not always good but a lot of other things. One of the other contractor quotes gave us a lot of disclaimers that said we are not responsible for broken sidewalks or air conditioning. What it did have in the contract was a unconditional lien release upon final payment and that is something we wanted. The project manager Ted Figart got right back to us after asking for a quote. After reviewing all the quotes, I sent Ted another quote and he matched it. They replaced not only the roof but also all of the fascia around the house that was eaten away by termites.
