“I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting Dr. Silani’s probing procedure to be very helpful because I’m used to it being a very painful procedure (I’ve had it done three times before with other doctors (who are world renowned) and it was extremely painful each time) and it happened to be quite painless this time. But it’s been a month since the probing and I’m feeling better than I did before the procedure. I think he must have a superior pain control protocol. “I stopped into this storefront on a Saturday morning after an appointment in the area. I’d been wanting to get my LV sunglasses looked at to see about buffing out a scratch and tightening the arms.

Morteza was assisting another customer, but warmly waved me in. After assisting the other customer, I approached the counter and filled him in on what I was looking for. He inspected my glasses, and quickly stated he could not buff out the scratch. Instead of ending there, however, he explained the reason why, as buffing would distort the lens. He then quickly adjusted the screws on the glasses to tighten them, and then cleaned them at no charge. I was so grateful for his quick assistance, professionalism and honesty! Vision with new product as good BUT lenses thinner and barely tinted to distinguish where exactly they are/were in case reservoir let alone my eyes. Twelve days later both lenses disintegrated. FEAR!Did a lens fragment remain in my eye? PANIC!Next day emergency appointment.99.9% sure no fragment.Tutorial in handling new lenses. Possible user error.All is well.“
