Freddy identified a problem with my heater during service visit. Not trying to sell anything played out all my options and prices- suggested optimal solution. Once I agreed, he negotiated final price with the owner and basically managed the crew installing new heater. The crew was great and did the job quickly. Freddy followed up with me and accommodated my concerns with new thermostat. Came next day and installed a new one. Unbelievable quality of service that we may not see such frequently.
