About Benicia Community Health & Fitness Club

Benicia Health & Fitness Club is a great gym with a great staff and a hometown vibe. It is a clean, fully equipped, and old school place with a bit of everything for all styles, including lots of options for a good workout, yoga classes, and a cycling class. Members love the sauna, lockers, and the excellent daycare. It is a great spot to get a good lift in and a simple place to sweat and pump iron. The gym is highly recommended for its positive community and for supporting an important lifestyle change.

Parking! Clean facility. Helpful, pleasant desk, a range of equipment and studios suited to everyone's needs. I want to note that there's an elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

This gym has recently gotten new management. I'm very impressed on how things have changed as well as the extreme professionalism of the staff. People are very kind and welcoming. I addition, i especially love how I can now say that I belong to a veteran owed gym in our community! I really wish this gym nothing but good vibes and success!
