They were one of the companies recommended. Our technician Hayden arrived on time. He measured and gave us the price. We felt it was a fair price and he immediately started vacuuming the areas. He then started at the back of our condo working to the front, explaining wear patterns. Our carpets look like new. Thank you so much.“

Shay introduced himself with a smile at the front door and a great attitude. When coming over he did an efficient and timely assessment of the couches I needed cleaned. He also helped me decide the best path for cleaning the couch and assured me the whole time through that what ever the customer wants is what they will get.

“If you want a quality, honest and affordable price for any type of deep cleaning for your floors, then Master’s carpet cleaning is the way to go. I had nightmare tenants rent out the 2nd/3rd bedrooms in my home and they allowed their dog to pee wherever it wanted on the laminate flooring; it caused the urine to seep in between the individual boards so no amount of mopping would get rid of the odor.
