First off, this was the nicest and most friendly carpet cleaning crew i have ever had at my house, whether for rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or any home service. joe told me the company is family run, and they were great to work with. We called them because our lower-level carpet had water damage and needed a deep clean, our dog had an accident on the couch, and glue got tracked onto the living room carpet. They handled every issue so well, and i was really impressed with how everything turned out, especially the glue removal. They were able to get about 95% of it out, which was far better than i expected, and it was very heavy glue. We had tried glue traps in the lower area, and our dog accidentally stepped in one, then tracked the glue onto the carpet, where it got deeply stuck in the fibers. None of our household cleaners could remove it, but they did. i am thrilled with their carpet cleaning work, stain treatment, and customer service.”
