“We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.

They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.

The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.

“Vet care pet clinic is the best! I drive from the desert, cause your team is who I trust! Thank you for taking care of my baby! When your vet sits on the floor with your pet to make them comfortable, you just know your in good hands. My doodle has a few lumps so I want to make sure it was nothing serious.

“I know this vets since I was a teen, 42 years to be exact. They are the most reasonable vets I know. Unfortunately they have cut their walking hours to only 3 hours a day during the week. But if you are there before they open, you can get in and out for quick visits.“

“i feel like i know of a hidden treasure coming to this place and i almost don’t want to write this review lest anything changes when an influx of people flock! but, you need to know. this place is legitimately the best vet ever. not only are they open basically all day, but their prices are very reasonable, and more than that their staff—especially Chloe, a caretaker for boarding—is phenomenal. i have a deaf blind 75lb puppy w lots of energy and they figured out a way to safely entertain him while i leave him for dayboarding. he literally needs to be dragged out of the facility bc he wants to stay! i just love it here and want to give each and every staff person from receptionist to vet a shout out. “Staff is very friendly, very professional and so helpful. I really like this vet. I’ve taken my dog to several in the first couple of years I had her, but now I only come here. They’ve taken me in as a walk in when I didn’t have an appointment. Only thing I would change, I’d appreciate if they would email me a reminder of when her shots are due. I once took my dog to a vet hospital during the pandemic cuz she was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. To this day, they still send me vaccine reminders and birthday wishes for my dog Jackie.“
