They cleaned out all the ducts, including the dryer duct, which revealed a significant lint buildup we were unaware of-- saving us from buying a new dryer. Additionally, Ruben installed an air scrubber unit, which has made a huge difference. He balanced the airflow throughout the house, so now my bedroom is no longer a sauna, and my mom's room isn't freezing. I'm grateful.
