I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it! I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! When my Dr gives me an order to get blood work done, this is where I go. The staff is nice, quick, and efficient. I'm in and out with no hassles. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to the staff for always making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Two thumbs up.

I've been coming here for many years. Staff is almost always courteous and efficient. I can only remember a time or two that I have had to growl at one of the intake people for being neglectful or rude. The important part, the medical treatment itself, has most always been helpful.Here's a couple things that need to be tweaked:1) The scales need to be calibrated. They are weighing around 40 lbs. too much (of course, not less), when I mention that to the intake nurse, they don't care and blow it off.2) When are they going to redecorate this place? It was at least 50 years out of date when they repainted about 10 years (?) ago. Not that hard to section off and repaint...read full review
