“The multiple massages I and my partner have each received from Karina Santa Cruz have been truly excellent. I've been worked on by dozens of people with all kinds of skill levels and modalities and locales over twenty+ years (my back has been variously described by professionals as a car wreck and sheet metal with gravel in it) and feel comfortable calling Karina's a special set of magic hands. It's not just her hands, of course, it's her. She comes to the work with the kind of depth and breadth of practice that shows up in surprising and healing ways. She's got power moves! Many skilled therapists kinda do the same thing on every one they meet, which can work out fine, but Karina immediately attuned to what was going on with me and took some chances that released pain in my shoulder that had become crippling in intensity. “This is an understated little massage school in a neighborhood setting. There are one or two massage rooms and then a large open area for the school. I live in the SunnyBrae / Bayside area, so this is an exciting find. I've received four different massages at this establishment and all have been very good. Sophia is particularly amazing, she practices side-lying massage, (along with deep tissue, Swedish, and other modalities), which is really great for many reasons but for my neck and shoulder challenges, it really has been helpful. This technique helps with tight hips and shoulders. She stretches & lengthens tight joints and muscles and it feels fantastic. It is so easy to go online and make an appointment for the next day. I love the ease of appointment making and you can pre-pay so you don't have to deal with money at your appointment. Also, you can use your credit card and they do not charge an extra 3% like other establishments locally that offermassage. The simplicity of this place, its affordability and quality makes it a hidden gem. I highly recommend checking it out.“

“I came to see Sylvia after a car accident. They were efficient with the paperwork I needed for the car insurance company. They are very responsive and effective in their communication in general. In person, she is affable and answers questions graciously. Her office is clean and pleasant.
