I had about 10 or so sessions with therapist Alexandra Seymour. Getting your feet rubbed is heavenly, but she is also skilled in "reading" your body as to what kind of emotional "clearing" it wants to have done. She uses "Bioenergetics" to clear old, negative emotional energy (usually from trauma you experienced) from your muscles and nerves, so that your body can return to its intended relaxed position and state. She is incredibly intuitive and professional and skilled. I feel much more "in control", as if I can more easily "show up for my own life" now. I also appreciate her special offers that help reduce the cost.
Alex is a top expert in her field. Transformative sessions with her helped me to heal chronic conditions and left me renewed.. I highly recommend seeing her for healing of the mind ,body, and spirit.
