Jamie has been my massage therapist or over a decade and is one of the best in the area from my experience. He not only knows his stuff and how to find spots that you need worked on, but he is also quite strong and able to go deep if that’s what you need.Highly recommended!

I pulled my calf racing bmx. I could barely walk, and had to be able to race again for a final state race a week later. Jaime put his hands on me like Mr Miyagi in the first Karate Kid. Left his office noticing an immediate difference, and was almost pain free the next day, This guy is a complete professional who knows his muscle anatomy. Give him a try. He will not disappoint..

Hands down the best massage I have ever had. Jamie is very knowledgeable. But almost more importantly, he is intuitive. This is an attribute that I value greatly in a massage therapist. He also has a very calming demeanor and is obviously doing what he was meant to do. I came out better than I came in! My search for a massage therapist that works for me has finally come to an end! As a side note, I am VERY picky about massages so I don't give this recommendation lightly. Go today!
