John Fuchs and his construction team(JFC) did an outstanding job on our whole house remodel. During the 9 month process we encountered several structural problems that needed to be addressed, JFC always came with solutions and options on how to proceed with our project. John has an infectious positive attitude, he was available to meet as often as we needed and always kept us informed with the overall budget. John and his entire team are a joy to work with. They are knowledgable and helpful in navigating the many and sometimes difficult decisions involved in a major remodel job. Many times John gently steered us away from frivolous choices and kept us focused on work that would produce real value. We are very happy with the results of our remodel. We are very grateful we went with John Fuchs for our major home remodel. He has our highest recommendation. In 2016, we needed a reliable design-build contractor to remodel most of the inside and outside of our house (including a new roof and complete exterior change), as well as a small addition.
