“I called this morning and explained my Dad's glasses were not purchased at the location but the nose pad had broken off and asked if they could repair them on a walk in basis. Friendly staff yes come on in and we will see if we have the correct part to fix them. We went to the location. They replaced the broken nose pad at no cost, saving us a trip down the hill to my Dad's optometrist for a repair. Great Customer service and a quick repair.
