“Wow, Mindy was absolutely amazing! My husband scheduled an appointment for himself and although they were already dealing with a full schedule, she still found a way to squeeze me in same day as my husband.

Then my husband suddenly found out he needed his glasses for work the next day. I called knowing they had told us it could take about two weeks, but figured I’d ask if there was any chance of a miracle. Instead of just telling me they weren’t ready, Mindy actually went and checked. Turns out his glasses had just come in!

And when I got there, surprise, mine were there too! So I was able to pick up both pairs.

Mindy was so kind, patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful through the whole thing. She really went the extra mile for us, and I appreciated it so much.

Mindy, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You were amazing! ❤”
