I was a new patient and was treated very nicely by the staff and doctors. I ordered my glasses and had ordered sun glasses. My regular glasses were perfect but my sunglasses were a different story. The manager was not nice at all and very dismissive when I asked for a return on my sunglasses. The lenses were not thinned out with the 1st pair being returned as they were broken. I was told it was due to the frame. The ordered a new pair of sunglasses and those were not thinned out and was told it was my prescription. I walked in, receptionist was very pleasant, was able to see doctor and obtain my contacts all within 1 1/2 hours! All staff was pleasant with everyone which makes you feel like they care about your needs.
Daniel was incredibly friendly and made my kids feel very comfortable during their first eye exams. Both my children and I had a great experience overall. I appreciated that the doctor took his time to thoroughly examine us and explain everything so well. The only reason I’m not giving a 5-star rating is due to the wait time; they could benefit from hiring more staff to help with the pre-tests and in the exam rooms. However, we had a pleasant experience and I would recommend this place.
