This place delivered exactly that. It was clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and the whole experience felt easy and welcoming. They even texted to confirm my appointment the day of, which I really appreciated.

My massage therapist, Susan, was AMAZING! She was so detailed in massaging, stretching and cracking areas I didn't even know needed some TLC. “I had been unlucky in (radio frequency skin tightening) love. But I learned that sometimes you have to kiss a lot of frogs before meeting your prince…or in this case, princess. Danielle and her magical touch made up for the slew of unfortunate prior experiences at salons: with other aestheticians, I had either been way overcharged or received a meager 15 minutes of services for a lower price. And even after enduring all that, I never saw much change in my skin. I had started to give up hope on the unicorn idea of finding anyone with a fair price who actually delivered results. In comes Danielle.

After contacting Danielle, she was quick to reply, professional, communicative, and detailed in preparing me for our appointment. I had few expectations when I arrived to her suite, but all insecurities and pessimistic thoughts flew out the window when I met her. She immediately put me at ease with her laid back, genuine vibes. Her warm and confident demeanor combined with her unequivocal knowledge of all things related to skin made me feel like maybe this time I had gotten it right.

The environment: a not-too-small room that was clean, filled with gentle lighting, surrounded me with soothing music, and contained enough space for her products and a comfortable space for me to lie down.

As Danielle began to cover my face in a gel, she explained how she doesn’t skimp on products on customers, and that she uses the same high-quality products on herself. I also learned that more gel means she can turn up the heat on the radio-frequency machine in order to elicit actual results without me feeling as much of the heat. These little tidbits educated and reassured me. In fact, she provided rationale to her choices here and there during every step of the way. Her training was obvious, and her inherent love of all things skin showcased her passion for her business. Danielle’s interpersonal skills also pushed the conversation forward whenever she sensed I felt like being talkative, or she would let us be still and in peace whenever I would stop talking. I personally found her to be quite good at reading the room and intuitively understanding my needs. I also explicitly asked for more attention on my neck and my smile lines, and she made sure to spend extra time there.

Remember how I mentioned a prior aesthetician who only worked on my face for 15 minutes? Danielle did her thing for 80 minutes. Yes. You read that correctly. I believe I was fortunate enough to receive extra time from her due to a longer gap between customers, and she was generous and kind enough to keep adding on services, such as zapping my face (barely hurt!) with more radio-frequency as well as a green light *and* red light treatment. Truly, I felt so pampered and all my stresses melted away when she wrapped a warm towel around my face. The whole process felt like a facial/massage treatment.

And the reason for this long review is because when I looked into the mirror, I nearly gasped. I looked like I had l taken a gulp from the fountain of youth. I saw an actual reduction in fine lines and my face was glowing. I also saw my neck restored to all of its former glory. I have never seen such instant change before, and in such a non-invasive manner.

My friend got Mia and I think I got the owner’s wife but I wasn’t able to get her name. They had good technique and used a combination of their hands, elbow, forearm to massage. She put focus on my back which needed the most work, but still gave ample time and attention to the other parts of my body. We left feeling relaxed, re-energized, and ready to sleep all at the same time.

The bathroom, the room, and the sheets on the massage bed smelled and looked clean and overall gave a cozy relaxing vibe.

“There is never a time when I don't want to go to Neptune's. It's therapeutic if you have arthritis, it's relaxing when your stressed out, it's a great place for a date. The owner is very knowledable about , well, everything.He takes his time to tell you what's expected of you,a lot of easy rules to follow....like how to make sure you keep the jacuzzis clean, he will know if your wearing any type of skin or hair products ,the jacuzzi itself will tell on you, and you'll be charged a cleaning fee (ouch) )( shower before you come or use the convienent private showers already in your private room) Neptune's has been here ever since I can remember and I hope it sticks around to enjoy until I'm 100! They offer gift certificates , and he doesn't mind staying open after hours for you.Every room is completely private,with a showér, sauna ,Boom box, blow dryer, even a bed/lounger with a mirror.Its a Great place to unwind with a ??
