“First, my appt was an emergency and thankfully Melina could squeeze me in. I didn’t have a simple color, I needed a whole color make over. Blonde grey blending gone bad - back to my natural ash brunette with unnoticeable subtle baby lights. That’s all. She talked to me, I showed her pictures and she showed me the color wheel and let me choose the color to make sure I was comfortable with the choice. She monitored the color regularly in the foils until the rinse and then with the greatest attention to detail applied the toner to the baby lights and watched and tested it continuously until finished. Never rushed and never ignored. The final product was PERFECT! I couldn’t have imagined it as good as she got it. I went from strawberry blonde to brunette again like magic.
