“This is the place you book if you actually want to ENJOY getting your nails done. They are super hospitable and detail oriented here. They excel at unique designs. Chloe and Tiffanie are spectacular. Instead of having to be super alert and correct the nail techs to make sure the design I want gets executed, this is the one place I can sit back and relax. And I’ve tried ALOT of places all over LA and OC. Like I said Lumina is super detail oriented. I have never gotten attitude here for asking for a design. Again making the whole experience really enjoyable. I also love that they really strive for customer comfort. At other nail salons the nail techs don’t want move or just pull your arm and instead of relaxing you put in more effort to help them get your nails done. At Lumina, I have not had that experience. The nail techs strive to move around you to make sure you’re always comfortable. It’s super clean. The workstations are super comfortable. The pedicure chairs are also amazing, no choppy massages. Very smooth. Parking is also easy. I highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could.“

She really took her time with every nail and was super precise with the shape, length, and overall application. Everything came out really clean and even, and I love how my nails turned out. I was also pretty picky and indecisive about the color, but she was so patient with me and never made me feel rushed. The customer service at the salon was great too, everyone was really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend Amy if you want someone who pays attention to the little details and makes sure you leave happy with your nails!“

I also appreciate that they keep their website updated, all the prices are transparent and it's so easy to make an appointment. The salon is clean and staff have always been kind and professional. Usually I come in to get regular manicure and pedicures. I appreciate that they never make me feel bad for not getting gel- I know the gel lasts longer but I like being able to easily remove and change my nail color.
