“I've been to three head spa places (this one and two around SF, where I'm from), and this is by far my favorite and the best quality! I've only tried Package #4, and I LOOOOVE it! What's great: 1. I really like ANNA. I've experienced many spa techs who aren't intuitive with their touch, where you can tell they're just going through the motions or are distracted. Anna's focused, hardworking, careful, and intuitive. There was some language barrier when I wanted more pressure, but she was quick to whip out her phone translation app and adjust her technique. 2. the place is really well-run. I believe Phi's the owner (same guy at the front desk), and he runs a tight ship. The place is sparkling clean (the bathroom is the benchmark, and the one here is nice!!), and each staff member is super professional in the way they carry themselves and interact with customers. 3. 2 free drinks with your visit in a lovely little lounge dedicated to just sitting around! After I was done with my appt, I actually hung out in the lounge for 40 extra minutes to nurse my rose and just relax on my phone. I was NOT in a hurry to leave haha. I love Package #4 - besides the head massage and wash, it also included a mini facial and a short feet massage. It's 90 minutes of pure ASMR bliss! I wish the places around SF are at this quality :( Btw, you can buy 10 and get 2 free as a package deal! As a side note, I left my earrings there when I visited in late Sept. When I called in, Phi was nice enough to offer shipping them to me, or have me pick them up when I return to LA. I finally went back in mid-Dec (2.5 months later!), and Phi immediately returned them... in a nice little protective pouch! I was so touched and impressed by the level of detail and care they put into their service! Quality flows top down, and this place has great leadership! “07/06/2025 I visited this place after my head massage and was having mixed vibes because of the reviews. There was hardly no people and a nice lady greeted me. I ask for the 30 minute massage and she took me in quick. This lady was so good to the point that it hurt but at the same time it felt good. ? I ask her what about my feet and she said she ran out of time. Kinda disappointed but she made up for the massage. This place is decent and affordable.“

We both had no clue what we were doing, but the ladies that work there guided us every step of the way. Another reviewer mentioned getting there early to shower and soak before your massage, which I wish I would've done! Definitely get there 10 or something minutes before your appointment for that part. I got the body scrub and massage. I had Jane and she was amazing! So nice, so sweet, VERY good at what she does.
