“I had a great experience with Nai at Acne Specialists of Alameda! She is super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away by asking what problem areas I was hoping to work on. She explains what will help with my concerns and is encouraging without making me feel scolded about my admittedly bad skincare habits. The treatment was really thorough (she asked about ALL the products I use - including my hair care!) and relaxing (I fell asleep during the red light therapy). She took the time to answer my questions and we even talked about some trendy skin care products/gadgets (she was down to earth about them and I really trusted her knowledge when it came to knowing what was -and wasn't- worth the expense and effort). When I say she was thorough, I should mention that toward the end the session, she noticed that I had a little dryness around my lip area and took the extra time to put a moisturizing treatment on my lips - you have to appreciate a girly that won't let you walk out with ashy lips! She colors my hair to cover my grays and it always looks so natural! Erin's calendar fills up quickly and I've had to see others at Haven Hair a couple of times and they have been good as well. And I really like the new salon - it has an uplifting and relaxing environment. You can expect the high quality of the Aveda brand and a friendly ambience. I always feel rejuvenated and younger after my visits. I almost don't want to post this because they might get busier. Haven Hair is a bit difficult to find but worth the detective work for the fabulous experience.“

Dr. Eliis looks at your face, your features your structures, and skin composition and asses her recommendations on your individuality. She is candid if you don't need something and assures you when you are speculating. I can't express how liberating it feels to have her as my Doctor.
She is vested in her craft and patients. She has a plethora of state of the art procedures available and the basic ones as well. Whatever you choose- you will love the results.
