“Just a stellar operation from beginning to end! (If your initial request form gets lost like mine did, don't hesitate to reach out to Shanna as she responds immediately.) Communication was great as was the sweet team of women who appeared. This was a house cleaning subsequent to Open Houses followed by a month of construction renovations. Shanna made sure the nontoxic cleaning agents were in the house prior to the team's arrival. After Mariana's team was done, the house looked & smelled clean again. As a side note, afterwards I was concerned that a lil article used in cleaning might have been inadvertently swept away by the team. Shanna was so incredibly responsive & sympathetic it was incredible, especially since this was just a small little cheap item. Fortunately it had not been lost after all, but Shanna's responses went above & beyond. Overall the price point offers great value! I will contact them again in the future. Don't hesitate - call them!“

“With Covid everyone is now super casual. That doesn't mean your shirts should be wrinkly. Go here, Sunny will launder and press your shirts for a very reasonable price. I was particularly impressed when she saw my dress had leather trim and said, "I don't want to dry clean this - it needs to be hand washed and pressed." I have been dry cleaning that dress for years not knowing the dry cleaning breaks down the leather. Super knowledgable, kind and just really great service. Support local and save yourself from wrinkly zoom calls.“

“Crown cleaner is close to my job and decided to try them out. I trusted them with tailoring a linen suit for my rehearsal dinner and with dry cleaning that suit and my wedding suit & custom shirt after my big day. Tailoring: Jack, one of the employees, stopped what he was doing when I came in without an appointment and attended me very quickly. He was able to give me feedback as to how much bulk of fabric to take off to ensure a quality fit for my wedding weekend. Made the alternations fit me on the first attempt. He took good attention to detail on the top and bottom to ensure a good clean fit. Turn around time was about two weeks for this. Total cost was $170 for my work but I had a lot done. Getting a suit off a fast fashion website and getting tailoring done, you can have a custom suit for around $250, which is not bad at all. The dry cleaning for two suits and a shirt was $57 total. Considering my wedding was in Mexico and I sweat a lot in them I brought them to the store with plenty of stains. When I got them back they were totally spotless, particularly around the collar and cuffs. Overall good work by Crown Cleaners. I would come back for more alterations.“
