Crown cleaner is close to my job and decided to try them out. I trusted them with tailoring a linen suit for my rehearsal dinner and with dry cleaning that suit and my wedding suit & custom shirt after my big day. Tailoring: Jack, one of the employees, stopped what he was doing when I came in without an appointment and attended me very quickly. He was able to give me feedback as to how much bulk of fabric to take off to ensure a quality fit for my wedding weekend. Made the alternations fit me on the first attempt. Today I picked up a favored but well worn wool coat I had brought in for cleaning. Was delighted to discover Crown Cleaner had painstakingly removed all of the unsightly pillings / bobbles before expertly reviving it. I now have a new coat, yay!
I have been going to this place for couple years. They always do a great job getting my cloths clean and ready on time. I also like their welcoming smiles. They are professional, trustworthy and care about their work.
