“Ok so at first it was looking rough coming in... it was kinda crowded and was told I couldn't wait in the car... but Terry was extremely nice and told me I could wait outside.. the wait was about an hour with an appointment not too bad.. got to the back and had to wait additional 30 mins was kinda getting annoyed but the doctor came in and was very nice and professional! Dad always praised the excellent care he received at the hospital. The staff was busy but would always take the time to talk to family calling from out of state. We truly believe that the expert care Dad received at Saint Mary's hospital helped him to live a very long life.“

“They need to add better Urgent Care hours since they failed to build an ER to service ALL of the High Desert and Barstow. 9am doesn't cut it, waits are long, lines for the pharmacy are long, it's almost beneficial to drive down the hill and get better faster service! But when you need Urgent Care; how safe is it to really drive 40 miles to Urgent Care... this is not patient centered care at it's finest! We need better services“
