We have been with Kaiser for the last 19 years and it was pretty good but we moved to the high desert and the urgent care here in Victorville I don't like I took my wife she was crying because couldn't breathe this happened around 4:30 pm after my work but the person in the register desk said they can't see my wife because they have a limited number the person per day and for this time 4:30 they already took them i told him next time I'll call you asking for how many person you took because if there is no spot im gonna wait to sick until you guys have spot to care me I took my wife to another place emergency place they took care her but my cop was 250

They need to add better Urgent Care hours since they failed to build an ER to service ALL of the High Desert and Barstow. 9am doesn't cut it, waits are long, lines for the pharmacy are long, it's almost beneficial to drive down the hill and get better faster service! But when you need Urgent Care; how safe is it to really drive 40 miles to Urgent Care... this is not patient centered care at it's finest! We need better services

I just moved to Apple Valley from San Diego and I picked up a prescription from there! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I'm a 62 year member if Kaiser and you've always taken great care of me!
