Went in @10am and it was a lot of lab work and my appointment was a bit longer per my visit reason yet everyone from checking in, to the lab work to the doctor office up and down everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
I had a great experience overall :).
Got there right at 9am with severe bronchitis….in and out with X-rays and meds by 10:45. Some days I have waited much longer. Not a perfect system considering this is the only Kaiser urgent care for the Victor valley. Staff, nurses and Dr were kind and patient. Not their fault it’s this way so try to keep that in mind. Try going to work everyday knowing you will be yelled at for things that you have no control over.
Was expecting a long wait and apathy but instead was seen to promptly and greeted with a smile. My concerns were addressed and in the case of one accommodated. Prior to leaving my prescription was promptly filled.
All in all it was pleasant.
