“I visited that clinic because they are USCIS-approved, and my mother needed the required exams.
The experience with Dr. McKinney was excellent; she was very attentive to my mother's needs, and I was surprised by how well she was able to communicate with my mother in Spanish.
Unfortunately, the nurses are rude and not at all attentive.
Yesterday I went to drop off the package with my Kaiser lab results; I had been told over the phone that they closed at 5:00. I arrived at 4:46 and kept knocking, but no one opened the door. I called, and the person who answered said she would send them a message to come out and take it. Sure enough, three nurses came out at 5:00 PM but the one I spoke to told me she couldn't accept it because she was already on her way home ?.”
