“Recently got my patio rebuilt and covered. Much nicer now with glass canopy and aluminum railings and stairs leading to my back yard.
In the front of the house I got stamped concrete and tiled front entry stairs, looks awesome, neighbours believed that I’m selling the house. House not for sale but for me and family to enjoy it, and I am !

“Great service, from the first phone call to the last hug goodbye. Oliva General Contracting made it happen. We did a complete renovation from top to bottom, new kitchen, new 1 and half bathroom (including new tub, tiling, and niche), laundry room, raising ceilings, widening doorways, new flooring, new lighting, new plumbing... Basically a whole house remodel. We had open communication and a smooth transaction throughout it all. Yasmany was honest, helpful, and a true professional. We had minor hiccups like any transaction but never once did we not feel heard or understood. Yasmany just continued to prove all these horrible contractor stories wrong. He handled everything perfectly and educated us along the way. We were living in the home during the renovation with a newborn baby and a toddler and they honestly went above and beyond to accommodate..  Everyday they did the best clean up they could and put any leftover tools higher up incase my toddler ran near the work zone etc. This is just one of the many kind and gracious acts they did. We 10000% recommend Oliva General Contracting and their team of experts. --- This review is quite late. The project was completed several months back but we had a busy few months with a colicky baby, medical issues and well life in general, no matter what though... They proposed a cost effective solution ($260 Honeywell thermostat suitable for a high efficient 2 stage furnace) - instead of an outrageous $1,500 Lennox thermostat +installation & Service call proposed by another company.
