“I have been coming to Lao Feng Xiang for a while now and my experience here has always been wonderful, largely thanks to Nina! She is honestly the reason I keep coming back. Nina is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and always helps me find exactly what I am looking for. It truly feels like being helped by a trusted friend rather than a salesperson.
The store itself is amazing. The collection is huge and there is something for everyone. What really stands out to me is their 24 carat gold jewellery, which is honestly some of the finest I have seen. Every piece is so beautifully made and the staff are warm and welcoming which makes every visit such a pleasant experience.
One suggestion I would love to share is that they should consider starting a loyalty or rewards program for their regular and long time customers. Many other jewellery stores have special systems in place that make loyal customers feel appreciated, whether it is exclusive discounts, early access to new collections or small gestures on special occasions. A store this good definitely deserves to have that kind of personal touch for the people who keep coming back.
