David had reset my diamond wedding band and engagement ring a few years ago. His workmanship was superb. I recommended him to my family. Again, they were very satisfied with his work. Just recently, one of the small diamonds fell off from my wedding band. I brought it to David to fix. He worked on it immediately. Within 1/2 hr., he had replaced the missing diamond. His customer service was beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone. He is trustworthy, reliable and good at his craft. Thank you, David.

I agree with the other reviewers about the creativity and support you get when designing custom pieces - David made my engagement ring, and later my partner and I’s wedding bands - but I also want to add the level ofprofessionalism they both have in addressing concerns. There were a couple hiccups in getting my engagement ring and wedding band to match and both were very helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. ?Many many thanks again to the team and we hope to be back with more pieces to get done in the future :-)

From start to finish the whole experience at Grimson and sons was perfect. My partner and I came in not knowing much and not knowing anything about the process of making a ring. David held our hands through the whole process and gave us all the options and really narrowed it down. We gave him total freedom and he stuck to what my partner and I talked about but also added his own touch. The quality and recommendations he suggested shows just how skilled he is. We went with an Australian green sapphire as it was one of the most durables and we didn’t want a diamond. I can’t wait to see my ring on my wedding day.
