Martin and Sandra are excellent partners in choosing paint colours and wallpapers that consider the whole space and personal taste. Martin is a talented painter who makes sure the job is done to a very high quality. Martin also stepped in when I needed help with a leak making sure the water source is discovered and repairs are seamless. Beyond the great work are terrific people. My project is long and never is there a time I don't enjoy working with Sandra and Martin as delightful people upon whom I can rely to do what's needed.

Mike was all of that. Mike is very responsive and coordinated scheduling with the tenants. I was impressed with the same day service on Saturday - wow! I'm glad I found a reliable handyman I can trust and will call Mike for future repairs.

My daughter is diagnosed with language development delay. I went through many tutoring services in West Vancouver and they were cheaper since the number of student/teacher was more than one but I found having 1:1 student to teacher ratio was most efficient and cost effective to improve my child's English skills. She attended Stepping Stone for only 3 months and I have seen a signficant improvement compared to other tutoring services. The OG style of teaching which uses multi-sensory method which has really helped my child as well. Sending my child to the Stepping Stone turoing centre has been well worth the money. I am thankful towards all the teachers at the Stepping Stone.
I been at S.E.E. Learning Academy for 6 years now as a student and its amazing. The tutors are amazing and environment is great. highly recommend.
My 5 year old child used to attend Kumon but I found Kumon to be waste of money.I find Scholar to be much more effective in improving my child's academic skills. I love the 1:3 teach to student ratio. During non busy hours my child gets 1 on 1 attention. All the teachers at West Van Scholars are excellent but Kevin, the manager, is an amazing person. He builds good rapport with all the students and parents. He has regular meetings with me and other parents and he knows all the students' progresses.Kevin is one of the biggest reasons why my daughter loves to attend Scholar's sessions. She was afraid to enter Kumon classes and only attended a handful of Kumon classes but Kevin really helped my daughter get comfortable. He was able to convince her to enter the class by herself without me by her side on her first day. She loves "Uncle Kevin" and all other teachers and she is always eager to attend Scholar's classes.
My ankle was surgically repaired here, and the results have been excellent. I’m active again with no limitations. Very grateful for the care I received.

A good quality, inexpensive haircut. I have short, fine hair and it needs lots of layering and attention to detail. There are no juniors, you always get the senior hairstylist.
If you’re looking to get a nice haircut and have a good conversation then you should give it a try. As the name suggests it’s more cost effective than the surrounding barbershops and honestly takes you to 90s or something!

I came here for the first time today after booking my appointment over the phone.
When I arrived, Dana took really good care of me and did a great job with my curls! She was very professional, attentive, and took her time to make sure the final result was just like I wanted it!
I took off one star because the receptionist (or sales associate ?) was impolite with me.
I had asked for exact change so that it would be easier to tip my stylist, but when I pointed out that she gave me the wrong amount, she was short with me as if I did something wrong. Additionally, she didn’t even say goodbye after I thanked her before leaving.
My suggestion is to have someone more friendly and charismatic greeting customers to make sure people do come back to the salon and have the best experience possible.

They very accommodating! I made a mistake with the timing of my appointment and was late 30 minutes. The manager made it happen for me and I only waited for five minutes. Also, their manicurists are very professional. On top of all that, they always help you right away with a broken nail or any little trims right away! Very happy with them.

This was a first experience with permanent make-up for me; I had micro-blading on my eye-brows. Naturally enough I was somewhat apprehensive about how things would turn out! However, I needn’t have worried at all. Nasim was absolutely brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is truly an artist. My brows look totally natural. The application was uncomfortable, rather than painful, but the whole procedure was completed relatively quickly.Nasim was very kind, polite and professional. The salon was very clean and hygienic. The staff are so nice here. They are very friendly, approachable, and patient. I received a Skoah facial as a gift (my first ever) and I have been hooked ever since. The staff have been so helpful helping me redesign my skincare routine to fit my skin. As I have run out of old products I've slowly transitioned to all Skoah and I can tell the products are feeding my skin with nutrient-rich ingredients. I love how clean and simple Skoah products feel as well. Highly recommend ?
One of Vancouver's hidden gems. Amazing tattoo artist with the outmost professionalism. In a quiet private studio, sessions are 1 on 1. I started hearing scratching in the ceiling with little droppings in the pantry, so I called Pestcheck in West Vancouver for pest control. On the call, Stephen walked me through what they’d look for and booked me in quickly. He did a full inspection, pointed out rub marks and chew points, and found a couple of gaps around the utility lines. They sealed the entry points, set monitors, and explained the follow-up. Within a week, the noises were gone and there’s been no new activity. Amazing job.

We’ve been coming here since she opened & happily recommend all cat owners to go see her. From personal experience, there are way too many bad cat groomers who cause trauma & anxiety. You will not regret going to see Golnoush & her staff, you can tell that they love cats.
Worth every penny. There is a real sense of "team" here. We were looking specifically for a positive reinforcement groomer who could give our standard parti poodle a summery short cut. We were highly recommended Noah's Barque from our localdog trainer friends. Excellent correspondence. On the day of the groom, staff were welcoming and friendly. Our boy entered and left grinning ear to ear. His cut with Julia was outstanding! She gave us some feedback on how he did and how his skin was. When I arrived to pick him up, a friendly staff member asked me to wait outside so he wouldnt lose focus. Just really caring about his experience and making sure he felt good throughout.

Had my first massage at this clinic with Hamid and will never go elsewhere again! Hamid is the best massage therapist I have visited. He is extremely professional and creates a very comfortable environment, and is technically the best RMT I have come across to date. I highly recommend Hamid! He is available Saturdays.
