Excellent experience with Red Fox Air Conditioning from start to finish. The team was reliable, hardworking, respectful, and kept our home clean throughout the heat pump installation. Everything went as planned, and their communication and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Bought a house that already had a heat pump installed, but the system was having issues. Two of the three mini splits had stopped working (turns out that was human error by me :) ) but the motor was also failing, the coolant leaking, and the system was at least 15 years old. John provided a quote for fixing an aged system and another quote to replace the whole system. Due to the age of the system, it made sense to replace the whole system. Ryan replaced the whole system, explained everything to me, and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend and I plan on using them for proactive annual maintenance. Thank you John and Ryan!
John, Ryan and crew were top notch. Thank you to the team that installed in a difficult storm and were still friendly, professional and experts at installation. The team communicated well, took pride in their work and treated us and our home with respect.
