“I was thrilled with my haircut! I'm new to Victoria and went to a different hair salon that gave me a really awful cut. I felt so uncomfortable to ask them to fix it so I booked an appointment with Louisa at the Natural Hair Salon. She was so friendly and competent in correcting the haircut and I didn't even have to lose any length. Not to mention she gave me the most beautiful blow out and my hair was bouncy and beautiful for two whole days. I will definitely be back. Side note: the products she used smelled lovely and I felt so taken care of :)”
