Vanessa went absolutely above and beyond - she exceeded my expectations and I am so impressed with her attention to detail and her expertise and how it transferred to my hair. I came in looking to fix what a different salon had done, and she listened to my concerns and desires for what I was looking to achieve. Vanessa was conservative with my hair length and did a strand test to see where my hair was at before moving forward which I really appreciated. She completed a full colour correction, maintained the integrity of my hair and talked me through the process every step of the way. I don't get my hair done often enough to have a regular stylist, however, today may have changed that for me.
I was orginially booked with one of their talented ladies, but upon taking a look at my hair and inspiration, she passed me on to another stylist, whom she believed would be better suited to what i wanted. It was a good feeling to know that these people are in it for the love of what they do and not trying to force an outcome when it just wasn't meant to be. I felt very taken care of through every moment of my appointment.

Amazing experience, the owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming and understanding! They helped me and my hair and got it looking its best for my anniversary at a reasonable price! They also offered me coffee, tea, or water. It was great. So relaxing, would recommend!
Definitely would come back!
