We approached several companies for quotes and follow-ups to get a heat pump installed in our house. We settled on Gaslight Heating Services initially for their amazing communication. Jenn had endless time to talk about the systems, how they worked and what the options were. Every step was explained. When it came time for the install, they had to workout problems with getting the unit into place. The workers were on the phone with the owner for awhile working out a plan that would move forward. In the end, the system was installed professionally. The ductwork that they put in place looks like it was always in the house. The system works exactly as it should. Importantly, we were impressed with the professionalism of every employee. The house was left clean and in order after each workshift. They were in constant communication and we never felt out of the loop. They met the estimated price and definitely the expected quality. It was great to work with this company and especially Jennifer. Our furnace broke and I was not sure what to look for and how to proceed.
